We had a great time building our Heart of Hope Earthworks Sculpture this year at Boardman Park! The campers from the day camp helped gather sticks and assemble into a giant heart sculpture. This sculpture serves as an honor to anyone whose life has been touched by cancer and a reminder that hope can always be found.

“We are creating a sculpture with Earth Works to just symbolize the love that we have for all of our clients and to show the beauty that all of our clients, we see in all of our clients during a very difficult time in their lives,” said Kathleen Moliterno, executive director of Yellow Brick Place.

The sculpture can be found near the play area of Boardman Park. A big thank you to the Boardman Park Camp counselors and campers for helping us build this beacon of hope.
