Tai Chi is an ancient practices known to help with strength, energy, flexibility, and stress relief. These Tai Chi sessions are specially designed to be done while seated to reduce physical stress on our clients.

Practitioner Devyn Kitt will be performing Tai Chi and Qigong every Thursday at 11 am with our YBP clients and their guests.
