Tai Chi and Qigong are ancient practices known to help with strength, energy, flexibility, and stress relief.
Practitioner Devyn Kitt will be performing seated Tai Chi and Qigong sessions every Thursday at 11 am with our YBP clients and their guests. These will be easy, light exercises that can be done while seated in a chair. No experience or skill necessary.
